Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them -- that is why you pay them.

Surround yourself with what you love, whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.

Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.
8、 珍视你的健康。如果健康良好,维持好它;如果健康状况不太稳定,改善它;如果健康状况超出了你所能改善的能力范围,那就寻求帮助。
Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county. Travel to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.
9、 不要有负罪感。去商店逛逛,甚至去下邻国。去国外旅行,但是不要去犯罪之地
Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.
